The 2019 Billboard Music Awards are back in a new and different version of the show. It looks like the new version will be more fun and exciting at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. There is a series of new celebrities who present a powerful model of detailed presentations in that version. Kelly Clarkson is hosting the event for the second consecutive year as the list of candidates with more surprises related to different celebrities has been announced.
