Description
The film captures the story of an individual named Matt Mills, a paralyzed prison inmate. Matt meets with Satoshi Televere Industries' board of directors, where he is injected with nanomaterials for an artificial experiment. The nanomaterials seem to re-engineer Matt's power. They are designed to kill, but Mills is determined to stay and return to his daughter.
